Reflect on your new knowledge and understandings over the past 4 weeks:

• Based on what you have heard, read and discussed, how will you approach questioning and formative assessment in your classroom?

During students' learning process, will observe students to modify teaching and learning activities according to student's needs. Give quality feedback, after test of or assessment give time for students to resubmit for the improvement. Focusing on the process of learning and how can I dig out each student's potential to the maximum.

Ask questions for guiding the beginning and during the process to let students have more inquiry about learning topics to go deep and broad. To inspire their interests so they are curious and want to learn more.

• How will you consider differentiated instruction and universal design for learning in your lesson planning?

At the beginning of planning stage I will plan each instruction with different ways, different technology, sources of teachings, during the teaching, I will observe my students if anything is need to modify for the learning. The end of lesson I will look if anything needs to improve for the next lesson. Improve accessibility for all leanings on learning outcomes, activities, assessments, and teaching methods. Making each lesson learning process more flexible and student-centered, enabling the students to make choices or be more involved by providing multiple ways to access content and express their learning.

According to students’ readiness, interests and learning preferences modify each lesson. Give out respectful tasks, quality curriculum, flexible grouping of students, building community and assess continuously with all the process. . In response to student's needs, differentiate through curriculum content, process, product and environment .

• Describe how are you thinking differently about teaching and learning now than you were in September of 2017.

Now I understand more how to plan a lesson, unit lesson, long range plan lesson and have to take many different considerations into planning the lesson. Teaching is the end part before all the lesson plans start. Also the end of teaching each lesson it's not the end but also the beginning for the following lesson, always depends on each student's learning keep modify before, during and after. As a learning point of view for me, I feel I learned so much in this short time but more learning and will be a constantly learning throughout life time. As teaching perspective I feel I am more prepared compare to September, teaching is not about giving information to students but it's a guiding process to inspire and know what student's interests and what they want to learn.
