September 22nd self-assessment process

1. Using the peer-assessment self-assessment a guide, what did you find most challenging about providing "effective" feedback to your colleague? Why?
​
 Sometimes I find hard to find words to describe feedback because I don't know how detail I should mention to the person that is constructed instead of criticism. I usually I write positive and something needs to change and ending with good work. I like Marta used some smiling face as well for encouragement. 
​
2. What next steps will you personally take to develop your descriptive feedback skills?

​

This part I am not too sure yet since it's the first time using a rubric for assessment. Maybe use more to develop the skill later. 
 
3. How has the process of peer-and self -assessment enhanced your understanding of the DLP and  /or the descriptive feedback process? 
​
I understand what I need to improve my website and by seeing assessor's comment I can learn from her to use more positive words, emoji, lots of exclamation mark.
